Aintree Grand National
For the 1st year Kick supplied all sound requirements for The
Entertainment held at this year's John Smiths Grand National
between 6th & 9th April 2005. This included a 10,000 capacity
standing indoor venue where several acts performed each day
as well high-class restaurants situated around the course.
Knowsley Council Awards
All sound, lighting and set were supplied to this annual event
held in January. The set incorporated logo placement with PowerPoint
to 2 screens with live camera feeds. The lighting augmented
the set and general table and room lighting with moving lighting
adding to logo placement around the room.

Rock FM radio roadshow featured Freefaller who performed on
4th December 05 in Preston City Centre. Kick supplied sound,
lighting and engineers.
Kick Invest in Staging Systems to meet the demands of Corporate
and Conference Clients. After specializing in live sound for
over 10 years Kick now offer indoor and outdoor stages complete
with backdrops including the latest LED Star-cloths.
A benefit concert was held at St. Georges Hall on 17th November,
where Kick provided all sound requirements for artists that
included Ms Dynamite and ex Atomic Kitten Star, Liz McLarnon.
Halton Council Firework Display Nov 5th 2005 used Kick to provide
sound systems for 2 sites either side of the water at The Runcorn
Bridge.
The 2005 St. Helens Firework Display saw the band Son of Dork
perform a 40min live set to a capacity crowd of 10,000 people
on Sunday November 6th.
The St. Helens Show took place this year at Sherdley Park over
the last weekend in July.
Christie, who has recently enjoyed 7 weeks at the number one
spot within the UK charts with, ‘Is this the Way to Amarillo’,
performed at Aintree Racecourse in front of 15,000 people on
16th June 05. Sound & Lighting Systems were provided.
NHS Conferences held during May 2005 at locations within Knowsley
were provided to by Kick
Chesney Hawkes performed at this years JMU Summer Ball on 20th
May 2005. All Systems were provided by Kick
Aintree Racecourse was the venue for racing and entertainment
by Brian McFadden (ex-Westlife). Sound and lighting systems
where provided to a 20,000 strong audience on 13th May 05.
1-day conferences throughout the Borough of Knowsley where setup
over a 2-week period introducing the newly appointed Chief Executive
and strategies for the year 2005-2006. A single screen set,
and all AV support was provided.
Conference support facilities were supplied at the Adelphi Hotel
where NUSSL held their annual conference held between 20th and
22nd March. Kick installed a 60ft set integrating 2 x 12ft screen
with speaker support to include a full AV package.
Over the weekend of 27th-30th January Kick supplied all sound
requirements to both The London Excel Docklands Wedding Show
& Newcastle Metro Radio Wedding Show.
