Once again sound and engineers where supplied to The Wedding
Show held at Wembley Arena between 19th and 21st September and
between 24th and 26th October at the G-Mex, Manchester. Liverpool Echo Awards
The sound system was supplied by Kick at this years Liverpool
Echo Awards, held at Liverpool's Empire Theatre, on 7th September.
This annual event is to recognize the achievements of Liverpool
talent in the entertainment industry today, and recipients where
all present on the evening to receive their awards.
Keele University
Kick Sales Ltd supplied and installed a JBL Control series speakers
in the Bar area of Keele University in early September 03. The
second phase was completed at the end of September when 8K of
Kick's own branded horn loaded system was installed in the K2
club at Keele University. This system was installed to cater
for this seasons touring bands and local promoted nights at
the newly named and refurbished venue.
Les Miserables Musical (School Edition) was performed for the
first time outside of London when Knowsley Council Performing
Arts decided to stage the musical in Liverpool. Kick supplied
engineers and sound and lighting for the week long run from
Saturday 12th July 2003. 
Sound and lighting to the Client's specification was used for
a live performance at Haydock Park for 80's/90's band Go West
on 4th July 2003. 
Kick supplied sound and lighting requirements for Liverpool
Pop Act Atomic Kitten held at Aintree Racecourse on 16th May
2003. National Students Union Conference
For the third year running Kick has supplied all sound requirements
for the NUSSL conference held again this year at The Adelphi
Hotel, Liverpool on 14th and 15th April 2003. As well as daytime
conferences, the main ballroom was changed to provide live acts
and disco on both evenings.
A prestigious event held at St. Georges Hall on 29th March saw
Kick offer their sound services for a dinner event for football
stars and cabaret from Leo Sayer. Saudi Arabia
2001 saw the successful competition of Site 5 in Jeddah, Saudi
Arabia where Kick sent engineers and all sound equipment for
an inaugural event attended by Prince Sultan of Saudi Arabia.
This year during February, Kick once again attended an inauguration,
this time Site 7 in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Sites 2 and 3 are due
for completion in August 2004.
Kick Sound & Lighting Hire provided sound for the Wedding Shows
held during February 2003 at Newcastle Arena and at Birmingham
NEC. Metro Bar
Kick Sales at the close of 2002 completed a JBL installation
at Metro Bar in Victoria Street, Liverpool. The equipment chosen
featured the JBL MS28 speaker ideally suited to the low ceiling
application which was complemented with JBL SP125S subs. The
amplification chosen was by Powersoft, system controller by
DBX, 1210 Mk3 decks, Pioneer DJM3000 system with the state of
the art CMX3000 CD system.
